Use
The use of this website and its portal (hereafter “the Site”) requires that you adhere to the terms and regulations of the user agreement (hereafter the “Agreement”) here present. This Agreement is in effect for all SCAN participants and trainers, notwithstanding their level of training. Use of the Site is strictly limited to personal and non-commercial applications that are part of the SCAN training provided by CCCG Inc. (hereafter “CCCG”). It is forbidden to copy, modify, reformulate or appropriate the content presented on the Site, in any way whatsoever. Furthermore, you may not share, discuss, use or disclose the nature of the Site’s content (provided examples, audio-visual samples, SCAN customers, etc.).
Content
Parts of and the entirety of the content accessible on the Site may not be distributed, shared or sold, in any way whatsoever, on any external platform (e-mail services, social medias, videos, photos, etc.). Reproduction strictly limited to the purpose of personal and non-commercial applications is prohibited without written agreement with CCCG. Any other reproduction is prohibited at all times. No use or modification of the content of the Site may be made for the purpose or having the consequence of being detrimental to the reputation of CCCG or the SCAN training. The Site may contain typos and omissions; and CCCG commits to update it. The comments and opinions contained in the examples (written, audio, audiovisual, etc.) do not reflect the opinions of CCCG.
Confidentiality
It is forbidden to share or distribute, in any way whatsoever, your personal information allowing the completion of your Passport as part of the SCAN training. The same is true for your username and password to access the Site’s portal. It is also forbidden to share any information of any other individual using the services of the Site. It is prohibited to use the Site through the access information of others.
Your personal information is secure and its protection is a top priority for CCCG. The collection and use of your personal information is done under the supervision of experts in the field. CCCG undertakes not to share, sell or otherwise transmit your personal data to any third party without your consent.
Despite the security measures put in place, CCCG is not responsible for the risks incurred in using the Site, both in terms of hardware and software. In addition, CCCG is not responsible for the use of your data obtained illegally by a third party.
Legal
All the provisions in the Agreement are in accordance with the laws of Quebec and Canada, as well as the foreign laws of the SCAN partners, including the laws governing intellectual property. In the event that any amendment to any law renders a provision of the Agreement null and void, it shall be without regard to the validity of all other provisions of the Agreement which maintain their enforceability. CCCG reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time and without notice, in order to ensure the legality of all provisions contained therein; or for any other reason that it deems relevant. If a modification is made, all users of the Site will have to read the Agreement to adhere to and respect its new form in order to resume its use.
